Applications for Distribution

Prior to any distribution, Lead Counsel submits an application to the Court requesting an order approving distribution of the funds identified in the application. These Applications and a description of what claims they entail can be found below.

15th Application:

The 15th application consists of recoveries from the supplemental claims program, compensatory damages, compensatory damages interest, punitive damages and punitive damages for claimants in the Unoiled Fisheries claim category whose claims are not impaired by a lien or any other encumbrance.
