Unclaimed Property Information
The Exxon Qualified Settlement Fund (EQSF) has transferred undistributed settlement funds to Unclaimed Property for claimants whose last known residences were in the following states:
- California
- Florida
- Illinois
- Kentucky
- Maine
- Montana
- New Mexico
- New York
- Pennsylvania
- Tennessee
- Utah
- Virginia
- Wisconsin
- West Virginia
A list of the individuals whose money has been moved to Unclaimed Property can be seen here. The EQSF will continue to transfer Unclaimed Property for each state according to that state’s particular reporting requirements during 2013, and will update this website accordingly.
